Dr Zamenhof

The following text is about Dr Ludvik Zamenhof, the creator of Esperanto. He was born on 15th December 1859 in the town of Bialystok in Poland, which was then within the Russian Empire. In this multi-ethnic town, four languages were spoken: Polish, Russian, German and Yiddish. In the questions some words are missing. Choose the right word from the options given.
